Through thought leadership, writing, podcast conversations, speaking, workshops, and future learning initiatives, #49floors creates perspectives and conversations connecting leadership, intelligence, systems, and human experience.
Our Philosophy
The foundations of #49floors were shaped by experiences connecting technology, storytelling, leadership, and community dialogue across cultures and disciplines.
From more than two decades of international experience in technology, consulting, finance, operations, and enterprise transformation to academic and community initiatives, these experiences have gradually developed into a broader perspective on how organizations learn, adapt, and change.
Among them were the independently organized TEDxZaułekSolny and TEDxZaułekSolnyWomen events in 2020 and 2021, bringing together speakers, artists, scientists, educators, and professionals to explore learning, neuroscience, mental health, creativity, transformation, and human potential. The initiatives generated more than 140,000 views on YouTube.
These experiences reinforced an idea that continues to guide #49floors: meaningful transformation happens when people, systems, and ideas evolve together through curiosity, trust, and continuous learning.
